This is where I started and the I rotated the background blocks and added some yellow to brighten it up. Then I turned the camera to make the new composition look on point, which is what I may do tomorrow.  That will make it bigger and I'll have to make big triangles to fill in the space.

 And what inspired me. She has done gobs of strip piecing, which I may be doing in the future...we'll see how ambitious I am. So far today I haven't even showered. Piggy Mel
