Cardivest revised design

Since I don't like seaming, I decided to make two identical 'backs' and join them thus, with a three needle bindoff. From here I will knit upwards to the underarm, separate the knitting into back, and two fronts and go on to the shoulders. I will again join the shoulder seam with three needle bindoffs.
Miraculously the yarn changed color at exactly the right spot, no planning on my part! That center yellow stripe is the bindoff seam.

This is the back side with the visible bindoff. I worked up to 36 stitches. I think this will be a smaller size. But it could change with blocking.

Koigu etc.

I have a ton, seriously a ton of Koigu and similar yarns, so you are welcome to help me destash. I rarely use this yarn, and would love to see a finished work using it. Not interested in selling, just unloading. Can't beat that price.

And in the garage I have more of this yarn, undyed, so it could quickly become the color of your choice, with a dyeing lesson combined.

And tons of sock yarn, which is the same weight. Let's use it up!

Vest Yarns

Vest Yarns
Here are some choices for your vest. I tried to find cotton, but mostly I didn't have much...there is some. And the vest takes DK weight which is also what qualifies these choices. Good luck trying to decide. They are all too yummy to work with.
