Compare and Contrast
So what I figured I could do to save this was resort to my fave process called Stacks. I lifted apart the parts and inserted fabric underneath, cutting away the under-layer, and then added more details to fill out the composition. I don't like to have things floating without some connection to the outer edges. I kept a tiny bit of curve in the pieces to keep it from being too static.
I used this old piece Allegro as my guide...nothing new in my head, so getting it done was all I cared about.
What really works about Allegro is the fabric, and that's where The Bridge is lacking. Not nearly as thrilling to me without all the changes in color.
